Harrowby Street
Mortimer Isaacs acted as QS on the refurbishment of a combined retail and domestic unit for a private client. The project involved extensive underpinning and damp proofing of a basement area to provide combined kitchen showroom space. In addition three domestic flats were refurbished to provide the client with lettable income. The project was completed on time and budget.
