Christopher Place, St Albans
This project involved the PM and QS of a new retail unit for the Zig Zag jewellery chain, on an already busy retail concourse. The unit was constructed abutting existing units during normal working hours. Disruption minimisation and achieving programme were the critical success factors. This unit opened on time and to budget.
