Mortimer Isaacs are acting as PM and QS for ICL on the construction of a paediatric medical research facility at St Mary's, Paddington. The existing space has been completely renovated to provide a sleep study and energy centre. The unit abuts a Paediatric Intensive Care Unit and so noise and dust reduction and service retention were the critical success factors.

The timely completion of the unit will enable the Professors to continue their studies in a first class, purpose built facility.
